About us
There's only one Toucan.
Our story
Half a century on two wheels
Owner Andy Litston has been riding since he was sixteen — that's more than 49 years of experience. After qualifying as an instructor in 2007 and five years with other local schools, he set up Toucan to give Somerset riders the training he believed they deserved.
Alongside Sarah Litston, Andy runs a school where your safety comes first, every course is shaped around you, and nobody is ever rushed. Our instructors are friendly, patient and determined to make every lesson informative and fun.
We avoid mixing ages and abilities in group sessions, so please tell us honestly about your experience — that way you'll train alongside riders at a similar level. One-to-one training is always available.
